Learn how to delete your Kubona account

You can request account deletion at any time. After confirmation, your account-related data will be deleted in line with our privacy policy.

How to delete your account

Open the Kubona app and sign in to your account.

From the menu or settings, choose “Delete Account”.

Confirm the request with a verification code if prompted.

Your request will be processed and the account with related data will be deleted.

What gets deleted?

This includes your profile and account information linked to the app. We may retain some records for a limited time when required by law (such as billing or security logs).

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to saved offers and coupons linked to your account.
